Sail to Azgard (260 gp, level 30+). Ships go there e.g. from captains: Captain Aphigri (Karahan Desert), Captain Calthor (Furathan Town), Captain Cortez (Avadon City), Captain Don (Azgard).

Surface: right next to you, at point 1, step into the teleport.
